Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Strategy Lead within the Digital & Sustainability Team in Jakarta. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to drive financial targets and growth across GrabKios.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in business strategy or operations, strong analytics, and stakeholder alignment skills, with hands-on experience in P&L management and data tools. Reporting to the Director, Digital & Sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, consulting, project management, or a similar field.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate P&L achievement under GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze customer/partner behavior and conduct market research to generate insights.
Lead performance management and track progress of key strategic projects and growth initiatives.
Foster relationships with stakeholders to align goals and improve processes.
Lead special projects for the Digital & Sustainability Team.
