Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to partner with senior leaders and drive high-impact initiatives across markets. This onsite role develops strategic plans, dives into processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver changes that improve user experience.

You will lead Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations efforts, using analytics and storytelling to inform decisions while upholding user safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy roles or consulting.
• Proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to structure analyses and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with operational design and process analysis.
• Fluency in data visualization and executive storytelling (Power BI & Superset).
• Record of driving impact and delivering complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end projects with diagnosis, roadmaps and success metrics, aligning leaders across regions.
• Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
• Shape customer experience through design thinking and iterative product launches.
• Ensure changes maintain user safety and quality before shipping.
