Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Admin/Management/SC/Procurement.
• At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Sourcing.
• Experience with SLA, KPI, vendor performance, contract governance, and commercial analysis.
• Experience coordinating with Legal and Procurement teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple vendors and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on agreed SLA, KPI, and service standards.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including contract documentation, renewal, amendments, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
• Support commercial analysis, including cost evaluation, pricing, and contract-related considerations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contract reviews, vendor agreements, and procurement processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of contract governance, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare vendor and contract management reports, documentation, and performance evaluations.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities related to vendor selection and contract negotiation.
