Job summary

TechConnect seeks a senior contract governance specialist to anchor contract integrity, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across growing operations in Jakarta. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle activities, including drafting, review, approval, and renewal, while maintaining audit-ready records.

The role requires 5–8 years in contract management, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in contract management or governance.
• Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing contract databases and producing reports on status and risk.
• Familiarity with contract approval workflows and document-control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and closeout.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, legal, and operational risks.
• Maintain accurate contract databases and regular risk reporting.
• Ensure documents are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Process contract and amendment requests per governance standards.
