Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Sourcing.
• Experience with SLA, KPI, vendor performance, and contract governance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on SLA, KPI, and service standards.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including documentation, renewal, amendments, and compliance.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
• Support commercial analysis, including cost evaluation, pricing, and contract considerations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contract reviews and procurement processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of contract governance, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare vendor and contract management reports and evaluations.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities related to vendor selection and negotiation.
