Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Vendor Management professional in Indonesia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and executing purchasing processes and managing strategic supplier relationships.

The candidate will coordinate purchases of goods and services, supervise procurement for production and non-production needs, and ensure compliance with purchase orders while evaluating vendor performance. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experiences as Purchasing or Vendor Management in logistics or automotive.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, all majors.
• Fluent in English is a MUST; Mandarin is a PLUS.
• Respond to customs inquiries including commodity coding, trade preferences, duties and valuations.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat.

Responsibilities

• Create plans, schedule, and carry out purchasing processes and vendor management.
• Coordinate the purchase of goods and services as well as equipment needed by company.
• Supervise and control processes of purchasing materials or goods for production and non-production needs.
• Check all requests or orders on purchase request forms submitted by each department.
• Identify and select vendors.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with vendors.
• Search and find vendors or suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, delivery of goods and payment terms with vendors.
• Check condition, quantity, price, and delivery order against Purchase Orders.
• Evaluate and create reports of vendor ratings for timeliness and quality.
