Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to source and attract talent for diverse roles.
• Knowledge of Indonesia employment law and recruitment best practices.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
• Proactive approach and commitment to high-quality service in Bogor.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure best fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms, including social media and networks.
