Job summary

Chandra Asri Group in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Commercial Analyst to join our SSC team. You will manage spot buys, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliant, cost-effective purchasing in the oil and gas or petrochemical sector.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional sourcing, evaluating bids, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, contracting and procurement.
• Experience in contract negotiation and tender evaluation.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Apply procurement best practices with HSSE and compliance.
• Identify needs, qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate, contract, deliver and analyze results.
• Lead cross-functional bidding processes.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis of bids.
• Lead supplier negotiations ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and address deviations from SLAs.
