Job summary

LIXIL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a senior specification and business development lead in Jakarta. You will influence developers, architects, and designers to specify LIXIL products in projects, while guiding a specifier team and aligning with sales and product management.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis to drive revenue and brand leadership in target markets.

Qualifications

3+ years of specifier exposure in building materials, technical roles, or construction.
Bachelor's degree preferred in architecture or engineering disciplines.
Strong network with developers, architects, design consultants and engineers.
Proven ability to lead and implement business development strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic specification plans to position LIXIL products in key projects.
Identify opportunities to increase brand penetration among developers and architectural firms.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the specifier team for high performance.
Set team KPIs, streamline workflows, and resolve technical or commercial challenges.
Build executive relationships with developer accounts, architects, and design leaders.
Represent the company at industry forums, seminars, and design panels.
Oversee end-to-end specification lifecycle from design to tender and construction.
Monitor win rates and specification retention to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align efforts with revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and regulatory shifts to guide product positioning.
