This role leads the specifier team, develops strategic plans for commercial and residential projects, and maintains executive relationships to win specification retention through design, tender, and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of specifier exposure in building materials or construction.
• Mature leadership with strong business sense and people-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a track record in developing and executing business development strategies.
• Wide network in developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic specification plans to position LIXIL products in commercial and residential projects.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the specifier team to drive performance and growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with developers, architects, and design consultants.
• Oversee end-to-end specification lifecycle from design through tender and construction phases.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline value, and specification retention to optimize outcomes.
