Job summary

PT Staedtler Indonesia (Serang) is seeking a Marketing & Sales professional to drive revenue in the Indonesian market. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, at least 2 years in Sales Marketing, and strong English communication.

Familiarity with ERP systems, prospecting, client visits, and maintaining relationships across the Sales Marketing Area is essential. You will analyze market trends, respond to RFQs, develop pricing data, and maintain product price lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Marketing in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Fluent in English and able to travel for business.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities

• Attract and maintain customers; expand the customer base.
• Research market trends and promote company and products.
• Handle RFQ/demand, calculate and maintain product costing.
• Create and maintain customer data and price lists in the system.
• Handle customer feedback and analyze satisfaction surveys.
• Develop processes, SOPs, and monthly reports.
