You will shape the sales and marketing agenda, align with regional strategy, and position the business for ongoing success.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive B2B/B2C experience, and a track record in managing distributors and large-scale operations in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or General Management.
• Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C businesses.
• Demonstrated P&L management experience.
• Strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Experience managing national distributor/dealer networks.
• Exposure to multinational and matrix organizations.
• Manufacturing and industrial relations exposure is highly desirable.

• Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and regional stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or General Management roles
• Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C businesses
