The role requires 5+ years in sales leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and willingness to travel for market/store visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales managerial role.
• Experience in electronics or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong team leadership and sales management experience.
• Solid understanding of distribution, retail, dealer, or key account management.
• Analytical, negotiating, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to develop sales strategies from market data.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and sales reporting.
• Target-oriented, proactive with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and monitor the sales team's performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels and distribution networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Analyze sales performance and develop action plans to improve revenue and achievement.
• Manage sales targets, forecasts, and sales budgets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to support promotions and sales campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
• Conduct regular market/store visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities
