Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, both retail and corporate.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
• High integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
• Strong team player with the ability to cooperate well with colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of delivering professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and grow engagement with associates and corporate partners.
• Prepare and execute sales planning, including follow‑up actions and monitoring of results.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prepare daily reports and consistently follow up with customers.
• Willing to work on Saturdays until 01:00 PM.
