Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to drive Industrial OEM sales in Indonesia. You will implement sales objectives, establish key Direct Business contacts, provide technical support, and present products to customers.

Travel in the region, collect market feedback, support forecast planning, and deliver trainings to end-users. The role requires 3+ years in sales engineering, a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, and fluent English. SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years as a sales engineer in industrial OEM sectors.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
Strategic mindset and structured task management.
Ability to earn respect and trust from staff and external parties.

Responsibilities

Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region for Industrial OEM.
Establish contacts with major Direct Business customers and provide technical support and services.
Prepare and submit product forecast planning, project developments and feedback to relevant department.
Penetrate, develop and increase Schaeffler's sales in MRO Direct customers in Indonesia.
Travel within defined region and report market information to managers.
Provide engineering support to regional offices, Industrial OEMs and end-users.
