Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz Indonesia is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead strategic business plans for key accounts in the Air Defense sector. You will drive sales of R&S products, manage forecasting, and build strong government relationships to meet annual targets.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 10 years in tender or government projects, and fluent English to liaise with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate minimum Bachelor Degree, MBA preferable.
• Proven track 10 years experience in Tender Business and Government Project, most preferable in Air defense.
• Must have strong relationship with Government especially Air Defense sector.
• Proficient in English to liaise with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans within assigned accounts.
• Sell R&S products and manage sales activities as allocated by management.
• Provide sales forecasts and ensure annual targets are met.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts in Air Defense.
• Provide technical and commercial information to customers and respond to inquiries.
