Job summary

PT HUATIAN TURBINE NUSANTARA is seeking a Project Solutions Specialist in Jakarta to translate client needs into actionable project objectives and industry-specific solutions. The role relies on strategic planning and market insights to shape feasibility reports and tailored solutions.

You will develop solution specifications, prepare content, deliver presentations and training, and support key accounts with bid proposals; collaborate with sales, R&D, and development teams to refine proposals.

Qualifications

• Liaise with client needs to identify project objectives and technical requirements; prepare feasibility reports and industry solutions.
• Develop project solution specifications, content preparation, presentations, reporting, and solution training.
• Provide solution support for key accounts and assist in drafting project bid proposals.
• Communicate with clients on project solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales, users, R&D, and development teams to refine project solutions.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and strong writing skills.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1、Proficient in Office and other common office software; clear logical thinking with strong writing skills;
• 2、Interest in military/defense products (aerospace, gas turbines) and related solutions is a plus;
• 3、Strong customer service awareness with good verbal communication and expression skills;
• 4、Strong learning ability, proactive and reflective in self-study;
• 5、Conscientious and responsible, detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong resilience under pressure;
• 6、Proficient in both spoken and written English.
