Job summary

Mondelez International in Southeast Asia seeks a Senior Account Manager for regional market leadership in general. You will drive new business opportunities in white space retail environments and expand current customers’ portfolios through strategic promotions and pricing within the gross-to-net framework.

You will develop and execute commercial plans, coordinate with internal teams, manage category partnerships, and monitor market trends to sustain growth across multiple markets.

• Strong category management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial plan to strengthen Mondelēz International's position with assigned customers.
• Coordinate between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions.
• Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution and promotions.
• Build and develop category partnerships.
• Manage pricing within the Gross to Net framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy with supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotions and in-store visibility.
• Monitor and report market developments and competitor developments.
