PT Apex Nusantara Indo seeks a Reserving & Financial Modeling Assistant Manager in Jakarta. You will lead the monthly reserving process, develop tools, and analyze claim-related metrics to support risk and planning functions.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in math/statistics, 5+ years actuarial experience, passes PAI/ASAI modules, and advanced MS Office/Power BI skills. Strong leadership and programming capability are essential.

Competenze

Min. Bachelor’s degree in mathematical or statistical field.
At least 5 years of working experience as actuarial excellence.
Preferably pass several PAI and ASAI examination modules.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word).
Good leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Good technical skills (programming, actuarial tools, Power BI).

Mansioni

Perform reserving process each month, identify significant issue, and create the summary report.
Develop and improve tools to support reserving exercise and communicate reserve figures with stakeholders in technical team and Risk Management.
Perform analysis of claim handling expense, Risk margin, Reinsurance utilization, large losses analysis, or other modelling related.
Review reserving policy and SOP, identifying room for improvement in internal reserving process.
Collaborate with Stratplan, Finance & Accounting, and Underwriter teams to project company strategy and planning.
Support Group strategy & Planning submission and OJK Business plan and develop supporting tools.
Study actuarial assumptions and implementation.
Collaborate with vendors to perform financial impact analysis and develop supporting tools.
