Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to support the Employee Benefits division in Jakarta. You will assist the consulting team with data validation, actuarial modelling, and projections while preparing research and documentation for client presentations.

The role requires up to 3 years of actuarial experience, a Mathematics/Actuarial degree with a strong GPA, and solid MS Office skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa is essential for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Actuarial Science with minimum GPA 3.5
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel & Macro

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze robust calculation basis from members and financial data.
• Develop and prepare actuarial modelling and projections.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to resolve client issues and prepare actuarial reports.
• Prepare project documentation following guidelines and best practices.
• Communicate with clients to build good business relationships and present findings.
