Job summary

PT Indoperkasa Suksesjaya Reasuransi is seeking an IFRS 17 & Business Plan Assistant Manager to lead the team in preparing financial statements under PSAK 117 and to help develop the Company Business Plan and projections.

You will coordinate cross‑department data requests, monitor budget realization, and mentor Supervisors and Staff, ensuring all work aligns with SOPs and timelines while maintaining high professional standards and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or insurance finance, with PSAK 117 expertise.
• Strong understanding of business planning and budget control.
• Proficient in financial data processing and review.
• Ability to analyze budget realization across departments.
• Strong understanding of business planning processes and budget cycles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team in preparing financial reports in accordance with PSAK 117.
• Prepare working papers and supporting documents for quarterly and annual financial statements based on PSAK 117.
• Assist in preparing and revising the Company Business Plan, financial projections, and realization reports.
• Monitor department budget realization, identify deviations, and propose action plans.
• Coordinate communication and data requests with relevant divisions.
• Ensure team execution aligns with timelines, company policies, and SOPs.
• Represent the Manager in internal and external coordination meetings as needed.
• Mentor, direct, and evaluate the performance of Supervisors and Staff.
