Job summary

You will manage budgets, forecast IT expenses, and monitor variances while negotiating with external vendors and ensuring strong vendor performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or industrial engineering.
Min 7 years of IT leadership experience across PM, BA, and advisory roles in insurance.
Strong knowledge of the insurance domain and processes.
Excellent problem solving with a proactive mindset.
Creative and analytical thinker with strategic mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership and ability to drive high performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in the organization.
Align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor Business Analysts to optimize project outcomes.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Develop budget forecasts and monitor IT expenses and variances.
