Job summary

PT AIA Financial is seeking a seasoned pricing actuarial leader to support the Head of Pricing in guiding the pricing team. You will conduct and review pricing results, work with product teams on design, and ensure profitability and risk guidelines are embedded in all solutions across the organization.

With at least 10 years in actuarial work and 6 years in pricing, you will drive deliverables, oversee model development, and ensure timely, compliant product filings with OJK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferable with major in mathematics or actuarial area.
• Qualification as FSA, FIA or FSAI are preferable
• Good in MS Office
• Good command in English
• Good analytical skill, team worker and self motivated
• Good time management and skills and able to work under pressure
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Actuarial and 6 years in pricing area

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Pricing and pricing team to develop and assess pricing and product design to meet profitability targets across all segments.
• Develop and review pricing results and processes in a timely manner; support product development and ensure profitability targets and risk guidelines are met.
• Ensure local product filing to OJK and maintain compliance with Group Office and regulatory requirements.
