Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Relationship Manager Funding in Surabaya to oversee priority banking portfolios and acquire new high-value customers.

You will implement sales initiatives, cross-sell investment and insurance products, and provide efficient transactional services in line with the bank's standards.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and at least two years in funding sales or relationship management are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Funding Sales/Relationship Manager in Priority Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of banking products, including investment and insurance products.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, including the Financial Market, Capital Market, and Global Market.
• WAPERD/WPPE-P certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, results-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Acquire priority customers and oversee existing portfolios to drive sales and cross-sell products.
• Implement sales initiatives and provide customer transactional services that align with the bank’s standards.
• Aim to achieve growth targets for customer acquisition and portfolio volume.
