Responsibilities include driving regional hiring, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring labor law compliance while overseeing facilities across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 1–2 years HRBP/IR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently across multiple locations.
• Local candidates preferred for regional understanding.

Responsabilités

• Strategic manpower planning for replacements, expansion, and optimization.
• Oversee employee database (HRIS, mutation tracking).
• Handle IR matters and dispute resolution.
• Drive mid-management hiring with recruiters.
• Partner with Training to develop internal talent pipelines.
• Ensure HR strategies align with business needs across locations.
• Oversee facilities within assigned regions.
