Job summary

PT Rubber and Rubber Tech seeks a Procurement Specialist to identify and develop a network of local suppliers for scrap tires and rubber chips across Indonesia. You will visit suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure a steady supply aligned with production needs.

The role requires a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor''s in a related field, at least three years in purchasing or sourcing, and fluent English. Travel across Indonesia for supplier surveys is required.

Qualifications

D3 or S1 in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Sourcing.
Experience with locally sourced scrap tires as raw material is preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop a network of local suppliers for scrap tires and rubber chips.
Conduct field surveys and supplier visits across Indonesia.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements for quality raw materials.
Ensure a consistent supply aligned with production needs.
Monitor incoming material quality against company standards.
Build long-term supplier relationships for sustainable supply.
Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, and Production on receipt and use.
Prepare procurement and supplier survey reports and market analyses.
Monitor price trends to support procurement strategies.
