Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Manager - Proposals to lead high-quality commercial proposals, tenders, and bid submissions that support growth across the energy value chain.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain to deliver competitive, compliant solutions, manage complex processes, and drive continuous improvement in proposal development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of Drilling Fluids experience.
• Additional 2–3 years in proposal development or tender management.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong leadership.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical skills and multi-priority program leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop proposals, commercial submissions, and mega-tenders.
• Ensure deals deliver shareholder value with competitive pricing.
• Prepare materials and support bid reviews, customer presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate tender documentation with deadlines.
• Manage products and systems requiring strong technical understanding of customer environments.
• Conduct technical and commercial analyses to adapt sales strategies.
• Manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Evaluate technical, economic, logistical, and financial requirements when developing proposals.
• Support commercial activities for NOCs and IOCs across product lines.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal development processes, tools, and best practices.
