Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Manager – Proposals to lead high-quality commercial proposals, tenders, and bid submissions that support growth and strategic customer engagement. This role blends technical insight with commercial acumen and project management.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, finance, legal and supply chain to craft competitive solutions, ensure compliance with requirements, and drive continuous improvement in proposal processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Drilling Fluids.
• An additional 2–3 years in proposal development or tendering.
• Strong knowledge of commercial proposal development and tendering processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to influence stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead programs, projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience documenting, planning, marketing and executing commercial programs.
• Established project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop proposals, commercial submissions and mega-tenders.
• Ensure deals deliver shareholder value with competitive pricing.
• Prepare materials and support bid reviews and presentations.
• Coordinate tender documentation to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Manage products and systems requiring technical understanding.
• Conduct technical and commercial analyses to tailor offerings.
• Oversee complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Evaluate technical, economic, logistical and financial needs in proposals.
• Support commercial activities for NOCs and IOCs across product lines.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, finance, legal and supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal development processes and tools.
