Job summary

Delonix Group Indonesia is seeking a Business & Project Executive to join the CEO Office, coordinating cross-department initiatives, and driving new business and project development across our hospitality ventures.

You will work closely with the CEO and management, prepare proposals and reports, and help translate ideas into practical solutions while maintaining confidentiality and building strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1–3 years of experience in business coordination or project management.
• Fluent Mandarin communication is required; basic English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Experience in hospitality, interior design, or creative projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO Office on business initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Participate in planning, discussions, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and management reports.
• Support design-related projects and business development initiatives.
• Gather project information and provide insights for discussions.
• Communicate with internal teams, partners, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and track progress of action items.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
• Handle confidential business matters with professionalism.
