About the Role

You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to solve strategic challenges, drive special projects, and turn ideas into measurable results. This role blends analysis, execution, and cross-functional coordination—you’ll move between research, data, partnerships, and operations with speed and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Support the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct business and market analyses to guide high-impact decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track company OKRs, KPIs, and special project timelines.
• Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, partnerships, operations) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through data and insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in management consulting, business strategy, or startup operations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
