You will independently open new projects, build executive relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales.
• Experience selling building materials to residential developers or contractors.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Proficient in using CRM to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales for Biogar Septic Tank across developer, contractor, consultant, project owner.
• Identify and open new projects independently.
• Build relationships with decision makers including Owner/Director, Project Director, Project Manager, Procurement, Engineering, QS, Consultant, and Contractor.
• Manage projects from prospecting to closing and delivery.
• Maintain project pipelines in Mekari CRM and record progress.
