Job summary

Nodewave is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams in Jakarta. You will define objectives, scope, timelines, and priorities aligned with strategic goals, and mentor other project managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in project management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management, planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with business/project mindset.
• Able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive project objectives, scope, timelines, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Lead the project lifecycle from planning, execution, through delivery, completion, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
• Identify project requirements, business needs, and potential risks to develop effective project plans and solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and make data-driven project decisions.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers while ensuring project initiatives deliver measurable business and project value.
