Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Project Data Analyst to collect, clean, and interpret project data to support informed decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop reports and dashboards tracking schedules, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and maintain project data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance.
Analyze project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and risks to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Support project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking through data analysis.
Identify data quality issues and implement processes to improve data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
Perform adhoc analyses to support business and project decisions.
Automate recurring reports and data workflows where possible.
Document data definitions, reporting methodologies, and analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and confidentiality policies.
