Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program management within manufacturing.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work across multiple functions and levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact to the delivery team and a key client contact during the project.
• Scope and set up the engagement with the team to deliver on time, on margin, and to quality.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and governance with GM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, New Business and Finance.
• Produce weekly/monthly project performance reports to track progress.
• Support GM in achieving revenue goals by reducing time from project won to PO.
• Participate in new business calls to help develop the value proposition.
