Job summary

Volex invites an experienced Project Coordinator to join our on-site team in Batam. You will support the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction from FA to mass production, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and program milestones.

The role requires coordinating with Tech, Engineering, Operations, QA and Sourcing, driving project governance and timely reviews to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in project coordinating roles/NPI in manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCad & Microsoft Project to be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new project from FA to mass production to meet customer requirements
• Partner with Tech, Engineering, Operations, QA & Sourcing to deliver on program goals
• Ensure project plan advances on schedule with kick-off and review meetings
• Manage 4M readiness to meet customer requirements
• Ensure tooling/DFM readiness for new products and support VE programs
