Job summary

Volex Batam invites a QA/Process Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing for wire harness and automotive projects. You will ensure processes follow flows, set machine parameters, and support new product introductions to meet customer quality expectations.

You will analyze yields, drive cycle time reductions, document improvements, and train operators on new technologies. A D3 in electrical engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required, with proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the same role.
• Min D3 in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Familiar with electrical/electronic components, wire harness, etc.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD & Microsoft Project advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Control and improve manufacturing processes for wire harness & Automotive project.
• Improve UPPH and optimize product quality and yield to meet KPI.
• Ensure that quality of Product/New product are made based on Customer requirements.
• Ensure new product introduction (NPI) implementation to meet VCD and Customer quality expectation.
