Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain in manufacturing.
• Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Excel and purchasing systems (ERP/SAP).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers, especially those in China.
• Solid understanding of local and international procurement.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, flavors, premixes, and other production-related materials.
• Prepare PRs and POs with accurate documentation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, PPIC, QA/QC, Finance, and Sales to ensure material availability.
• Follow up on delays, quality issues, or discrepancies with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
