Job summary

PT JIAHAO FOODS ASIA is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead supplier sourcing and strategy for the Indonesia plant, ensuring a stable supply system.

The role focuses on raw material procurement, cost control, contract management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Quality and Warehousing to guarantee timely, quality, and quantity delivery of materials for smooth production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience, with 2+ years in food manufacturing.
• Fluent Chinese required; Indonesian or English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for the Indonesia plant.
• Manage local and overseas supplier sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Draft, review, and track procurement contracts in compliance with company policies and Indonesian laws.

Qualifications

1. Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management: Develop and execute procurement strategies for the Indonesia plant, manage local and overseas supplier sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and performance to establish a stable supply system.

2. Raw Material Procurement & Cost Control: Oversee the procurement of raw and auxiliary materials for food production (including seasoning ingredients, packaging materials, etc.), continuously optimize procurement costs through negotiation, price comparison, and consolidated purchasing.

3. Supply Chain Coordination & Delivery Assurance: Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure timely, quality, and quantity delivery of materials, supporting smooth production execution.

4. Contract Management & Compliance: Draft, review, and track procurement contracts, ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and Indonesian local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in the food manufacturing industry.

2. Language Skills: Fluent Chinese (required) – capable of communicating with headquarters as a working language; Indonesian or English proficiency is a plus.

3. Professional Skills: Familiar with raw and auxiliary material market trends in the food industry, with strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management capabilities.

4. Core Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills, self-driven with the ability to independently drive projects forward, and results-oriented.
