Job summary

Ucoal Sumberdaya Head Office, Jakarta Pusat, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for mining and infrastructure projects.

You will manage RFQs, supplier comparisons, negotiation, and PO issuance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, timely procurement. The role requires a Bachelor’s and 1–2 years in procurement; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Experience in procurement for mining, infrastructure, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of PR, RFQ, quotation comparisons, negotiation, PO, and vendor management.
• Good sourcing, negotiation, vendor coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP systems familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process procurement activities from PR review to PO issuance following company procedures.
• Source and identify qualified suppliers based on specs, price, availability, and delivery.
• Prepare RFQ, compare quotations, and manage procurement documents.
• Coordinate with internal users to understand specs, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other terms with vendors.
• Monitor outstanding POs and coordinate timely deliveries with vendors.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and related documents.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering.
• Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring; address procurement issues.
