Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in procurement for direct/indirect goods.
• Experience in marketing services (printing, merchandise, branding, POSM, Electronic Hair Tools) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers of goods and services.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers (price, quality, deadlines, expectations).
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
• Create purchase orders.
• Aware of ERP system usage.
• Monitor delivery of goods.
• Work closely with the projects team to understand procurement requirements.
