Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Procurement Specialist to optimize sourcing and expand supplier networks. You will analyze requests, assess value, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier data to support efficient procurement processes.

The role requires a degree in economics or related field and 1–2 years in procurement; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of supplier management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Governance of Commerce (Ilmu Administrasi Niaga), or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply needs based on purchasing requests, seeking best value from alternate vendors.
• Expand the supplier base for packaging materials, raw materials, and general items by thoroughly analyzing and verifying suppliers, creating a supplier portfolio, and mitigating risks.
• Conduct negotiations with potential new suppliers on price, minimum order quantity, and contracts; compare options for best value and recommend new suppliers.
• Update and manage the supplier database, optimizing the sourcing process for operational excellence.
• Foster positive relations to achieve operational and business goals.
• Review and monitor supplier performance for optimal procurement.
• Complete administrative tasks for sourcing operations and procurement excellence.
