Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for clients, source and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate terms to drive cost savings. You will coordinate orders, prepare PO documentation, and help clients optimize procurement procedures.

Strong communication and Excel/Sheets skills are essential, with 2–4 years in the field. The role focuses on delivering efficient purchasing processes and maintaining supplier relationships, while identifying opportunities

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, distribution, or consumer goods preferred.
Strong understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for clients.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and lead time.
Request, compare, and analyze quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, delivery schedules, and other terms.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and related procurement documentation.
Follow up orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
Assist clients in improving procurement procedures and SOPs.
