PT EVERLLENCE NUSANTARA INDONESIA is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to support end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management and PO management, aligning with project timelines and policies. The role emphasizes cost effectiveness, compliance, and strong supplier relations, with a focus on English communication and data accuracy across internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, sourcing practices, and basic contractual terms.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal & written, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Procurement process management competency.
• Attention to detail and data management competency.
• Negotiation and cost management competency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including query in Procurement requisition, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with project timelines and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with others departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
