Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and issuance of RFPs.
• Analyze supplier responses, comparing pricing, terms, and capabilities.
• Support evaluation and selection processes with documented findings.
• Conduct initial supplier research and screening.
• Facilitate onboarding for new suppliers with required documentation.
• Track supplier performance against key metrics and identify improvements.
• Build relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration.
• Identify cost efficiency through category management and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and identify potential suppliers.
• Develop unit rate models to inform sourcing decisions and negotiations.
• Support implementation of digital tools to streamline procurement and data decisions.
• Assist with contract management, reviewing terms and tracking renewals.
• Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Assist with other procurement-related tasks as needed.
