Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Data analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tender, sourcing, and negotiation strategies that align with procurement policy.
• Perform vendor due diligence to mitigate risks and identify improvement areas.
• Manage contracts: review, signing routing, filing, and tracking; maintain active contract list.
• Create purchase orders aligned with policy and business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder communications on vendor delivery evaluations and maintain organized records.
• Maintain tools and reports used across the company.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to source best services.
