Job summary

GEP is seeking an Associate/Sourcing Analyst in Indonesia to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. You will drive cost efficiency, optimize procurement strategies, and foster vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

You will support vendor management, cross-functional sub-category teams, and benchmark industry practices to align with market developments. This role offers a pathway to grow within a dynamic procurement environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months in Sourcing and Procurement.
• Experience in indirect categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: solicit bids, lead auctions, negotiate with suppliers, and make recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support & lead cross-functional sub-category teams to develop deep category knowledge and ensure adherence to preferred supplier agreements.
• Trend Analysis & Benchmarking: monitor industry trends and conduct benchmarking and market intelligence reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Performance Management: draft and evaluate scorecards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Risk Assessment: perform supplier profiling and financial risk assessments to mitigate risks.
