Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk in East Java seeks a seasoned PPIC and Warehouse Manager to align production plans with demand and optimize inbound and outbound flows. You will lead PPIC and warehouse processes, analyze capacity and inventory, and implement cost-saving measures to boost efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in PPIC/Warehouse, and SAP/WMS experience, based in East Java.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial / Chemical Engineering or other Engineering from a reputable university.
Five years of experience in PPIC and Warehouse, plus two years in a managerial role in consumer goods, dairy, or beverage manufacturing.
Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities; inventory and demand management understanding.
Willing to be posted in East Java.

Responsibilities

Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan matches demand and organize Warehouse works for material flow.
Analyse production plan by calculating demand, capacity, delivery planning, and warehouse capacity.
Oversee receiving, storage, and delivery of material and finished products.
Implement cost-saving measures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate and determine standards of PPIC and Warehouse processes so operations run smoothly.
