Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a PPIC and Warehouse Manager to plan work, align production with demand, and organize warehouse operations for efficient inbound and outbound materials in a pharmaceutical setting. You will analyse demand, capacity, delivery plans, and inventory to ensure timely, accurate production.

The role requires a minimum S1 in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or a related field, at least six years in PPIC/Warehouse and three years in a managerial position

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with WMS and SAP.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Analysing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving.
• Detailed and accurate with strong inventory/demand management.
• Ready to be posted in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing material.

• Evaluate, review, and determine the standard of process in PPIC and Warehouse departments so that the operations run well and accordingly.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduate in major of Industrial / Chemical Engineering / other Engineering from a reputable university.

Required Skills

• Have minimum 6 years of experience in the fields of PPIC and Warehouse, and 3 years on managerial level in a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in Warehouse Management System and SAP system
• Have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Have good skills of analysing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving.
• Detailed and accurate in working, have strong understanding in inventory management and demand management.
