Job summary

PT Mitra Multi Packaging is seeking an experienced SCM Manager to lead PPIC, inventory, warehouse, and distribution to meet production and customer needs. You will develop MPS/CRP, implement MRP, and ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, and Halal standards are maintained while optimizing costs.

The role requires minimum 5 years in SCM management, mastery of warehouse and production planning, and a strong process-oriented mindset in a Flexible Packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as SCM Manager.
• Mastery of PPIC / Supply Chain process flow in Flexible Packaging companies.
• Mastery of Warehouse Management.
• Mastery of Production Planning and Inventory Control.
• Ensure consistent and continuous implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 & Halal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control PPIC, Inventory, Warehouse, and Distribution activities to ensure material and product availability according to production and customer needs.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies, including Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP).
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Material Purchase Planning to ensure materials are available in the correct quantity and time.
• Monitor and evaluate inventory level, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and supply chain target achievement.
• Design and optimize warehouse management systems, including layout, FIFO, barcode system, storage, material handling, and distribution.
• Ensure procurement, receiving, storage, and material distribution processes run effectively to support production continuity and prevent stock shortage.
• Manage and evaluate transportation/distribution activities, including timeliness, service quality, product safety, and fleet condition.
• Control budget usage and costs related to Supply Chain activities and conduct continuous cost improvement.
• Monitor deviations from planning, analyze root causes, and establish corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead team development, resource optimization, and productivity improvement in the Supply Chain area.
• Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety and working environment in areas of responsibility.
