Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• 1-2 years in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Strong knowledge of planning methodologies and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules and MRP.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and sales for flow.
• Analyze data and report efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
